LIFE HACK #01: TOUCH THINGS ONCE
Procrastination is a habit many of us struggle with. You'll be glad to know that it is a struggle you no longer have to endure thanks to this HBIC life hack! A few months ago I discovered the cure to procrastination:
Touch things once.
We all do it - open that text, read that e-mail, and then close out of it (promising we'll get back to it tomorrow).
Tomorrow comes around and once more you just say the same.
Before you know it, you never got back to it and you're either late or have dropped the ball on something.
Stop the cycle today by responding to that text the minute you read it. Handle that e-mail as soon as you open it. Touch it one time, and one time only.
Actively practice the art of touching things once and in no time you will be a procrastinator no-more!
